What We Do & Who We Serve
At Premier Nanny Co., we specialize in thoughtfully connecting families with exceptional professional nannies and household managers who bring consistency, passion, and reliability into the home. We take the stress out of the hiring process by handling every detail, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and supporting both parties through a smooth, successful placement.
We work best with families who:
Want a personalized, hands-on nanny placement experience
Are looking for professional nannies who align with their values and parenting style
Value professionalism, clear communication, and a proactive approach to care
Prefer thoroughly vetted candidates with verified experience and references
Need help navigating the logistics of hiring (sourcing, interviewing, contracts, payroll resources, household employer laws, etc.)
At Premier Nanny Co., we’re not just matching resumes, we’re building lasting relationships that support the well-being of both families and nannies.

No. We require a 50% deposit up front and the other 50% fee is due before your nanny’s start date. We do not charge families any other fees unless they desire other services such as further nanny coaching or booking a sitter or back-up care.
-
We understand things happen sometimes and that is why we offer a 30-day replacement period with our full time and part time placement packages. We also strongly encourage families to protect their investment by purchasing the placement protection.
-
While we have had nannies placed within one week of a position being listed, on average the placement process can take 4-12 weeks. Hiring someone to care for your children is a big decision and it is important to us that you feel you have ample time to consider and narrow down all of your options.

In many cases, the projected compensation for your new hire will meet IRS determined thresholds for them to become your legal household employee. This means you will be responsible for paying them directly, withholding the appropriate taxes, and abiding by all other household employer laws and requirements. We strongly encourage families to work with a payroll company to help the process run as smoothly as possible. All agency fees will be separate from the nanny’s pay.
-
All of our candidates pass through a rigorous screening process. This process includes a review of resume, multiple interviews, reference checks, verification of credentials, skills assessment, social media screen, and a professional background check that includes motor vehicle records.
